EPC People is a local business supplying Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to landlords and vendors within approximately 15 mile radius of Banbury.
We have produced over 750 EPCs and HIPs since 2007 when they were first introduced in the UK. EPCs can only be supplied by a qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and we are accredited with NHER, who are the industry leaders.
