EPCs (Please note these prices are for one-off orders but we are happy to negotiate prices for Estate Agents and other 'trade' customers):
1-4 Bedrooms: £75
5 plus bedrooms: £85
Floorplans: from £25
Enhanced photos: from £5 per image
All our prices are VAT-free as we are not currently VAT registered.
WARNING: Whilst there are many cheap EPC providers to be found online, please be aware that it is nigh on impossible to sustain a business on such low fee levels and, unfortunately, dishonest EPC providers are out there. EPC People have been in business since the inception of HIPs (2007) and we intend to be around for a while yet ... that is why we charge realistic and competitive fees.
Area covered
We cover a 15 mile radius of Banbury within the pricing structure above. We are happy to travel further afield but this is at a surcharge of £1 per mile over the above mentioned 30 mile roundtrip.
